PlusRomanceast is a concept experience for adults. All featured profiles are fictional illustrations, not real people you can contact. Our information pages are drafted for this demonstration and require review before a public service launches.
Overview and current scope
This Privacy Policy describes the information handled by the static PlusRomanceast demonstration at plusromanceast.com. The site is not yet an operational dating network. It does not provide user registration, messaging, payment processing, or a hosted profile database. Its practice profile and shortlist functions use browser storage on your own device. This policy does not claim security controls, data processors, or account-deletion services that have not been built. Before a real product launches, the website operator must name the responsible legal entity, identify applicable laws, document actual processing, and publish an appropriately reviewed privacy notice.
Information you choose to enter
You may enter a practice display name, age or date-derived age, country, interests, a short about-me message, and discovery preferences. These values are stored locally in your browser rather than sent to our application server. The demo intentionally avoids asking for passwords, government IDs, payment details, private addresses, or contact lists. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the practice profile. Your browser is not a substitute for a dedicated encrypted account system. Clearing local website data may erase your profile and shortlist, and the site has no account recovery mechanism.
Browser and technical information
Like most websites, delivering HTML, styles, scripts, fonts, and images may involve network requests handled by your hosting provider and relevant asset hosts. Such requests can expose technical data, including IP address, browser user-agent, request timing, and referrer information, according to the provider's systems. This demonstration does not itself install analytics or advertising trackers. Google Fonts and Pexels images may be fetched from third-party domains unless replaced with locally hosted assets. The future operator should review hosting logs, third-party terms, international transfers, retention, and vendor arrangements before going live.
Local storage and session preferences
The practice profile and saved sample cards are maintained in localStorage so that your choices remain visible after refreshing the page on the same browser. Adult-age confirmation may be stored in sessionStorage for the session. A cookie-preference selection may also be saved locally. These features do not make the data accessible to other members; there are no real member accounts on this site. You can remove entries using the website controls where available or clear the domain's storage in browser settings. Disabling storage may limit functionality but should not prevent reading the informational pages.
What we do not do
The current demonstration does not sell visitor profiles, build an advertising audience, run behavioural ad targeting, read contact lists, collect precise location, store credit-card numbers, or capture live private messages. It does not upload a practice profile to a backend. We cannot use a visitor's local shortlist to contact a fictional profile because no such messaging service exists. A future product may need different processing for genuine accounts, but any new use would require accurate notices, appropriate legal bases where applicable, and meaningful controls before implementation.
Third-party visual resources
Some decorative pictures are requested from Pexels-hosted URLs under the applicable image license; original illustrated fallbacks are included with the project. Remote fonts may be loaded from Google. When your browser requests those resources, the external provider may receive normal request metadata and process it under its own terms. For a privacy-maximizing production deployment, the site owner may choose to self-host properly licensed assets and fonts. The mere ability to display a stock image does not mean a depicted person is a real member, has shared their information with us, or endorses a dating service.
Your controls and potential rights
Within this demo you can edit or remove a practice profile, clear your shortlist, and clear website storage through your browser. The site does not hold a cloud account for staff to delete. Privacy laws may provide access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and complaint rights in certain situations. The scope of such rights depends on actual processing and applicable jurisdiction. Before a live service launches, the operator will need a validated request channel, identity checks appropriate to the risk, retention schedules, processor arrangements, and a clear explanation of what can and cannot be deleted.
Security, retention, and future updates
No website should promise absolute security. Current local-only functions reduce some categories of central data storage but remain subject to device access, browser security, and third-party technical requests. Do not use the demo for confidential information. A real platform must implement secure account storage, encryption where appropriate, access controls, monitoring, incident response, and tested backups. Retention periods should reflect actual purposes and legal obligations, not arbitrary promises. As functionality changes, the privacy notice must be revised before processing expands, and users should be informed of material changes.
Reading a profile thoughtfully
Profiles are starting points, not personality tests. When evaluating someone on a genuine dating service, look beyond a polished headline and consider how their stated interests, priorities, and communication style relate to what you want. Appearance, nationality, and age do not establish a person's kindness or reliability. Ask respectful open-ended questions, allow enough time to learn about differences, and make sure any next step is mutual. A sample persona in this website is not available to contact; examples are presented so you can understand how navigation and clear language could support future choices.
An accessible experience
Accessibility is part of a reliable digital experience. Navigation should be understandable using a keyboard, text should remain legible at different screen sizes, and important buttons should communicate their purpose without relying only on colour. Forms need labels and feedback. This demonstration is designed with those principles in mind, but real-world testing across assistive technologies is still important. A future product should also consider language support, inclusive profile prompts, and ways to report usability barriers without sharing more private information than needed.
Respect for personal boundaries
Being interested in another person never grants permission to demand information, contact, a meeting, or a response. Healthy communication makes room for someone to say no, change their mind, or end a conversation. Respectful behaviour includes accepting differences without insults, avoiding stereotypes, keeping private conversations private, and noticing signs of manipulation. Anyone using an operational dating platform should have accessible ways to block unwanted contact. This demonstration has no messaging and thus cannot enforce those boundaries for real interactions, but it can explain why they matter.
Technology should be transparent
An honest digital product tells visitors what happens when they click. A saved item should not be described as a mutual match, an illustrative image should not be passed off as a registered member, and a form without a backend should not claim to have delivered data to a support team. Clear limitations help visitors evaluate the experience on its merits. If the website later gains real accounts, its operator will need appropriate security, moderation, data protection, and customer support. Trustworthy features should be demonstrated through working systems rather than assumed from polished presentation.
Keep exploring with intention.
