PlusRomanceast is a concept experience for adults. All featured profiles are fictional illustrations, not real people you can contact. Our information pages are drafted for this demonstration and require review before a public service launches.
Purpose of this legal hub
This Legal Terms page is an index and explanatory guide to the PlusRomanceast website's policy documents. It introduces the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment and Refund Policy, and Arbitration Agreement, along with safety and transparency resources. These pages have been prepared for a front-end demonstration and should be treated as draft materials until the domain owner supplies its legal entity, operational jurisdiction, service capabilities, contact details, and approved language. Reading a draft does not create a working dating account, a payment contract, or an arbitration agreement where none otherwise exists.
Definitions used across policies
In these documents, 'website' generally means the pages at plusromanceast.com and their static demonstration features. 'Visitor' means anyone accessing those pages. 'Practice profile' means information voluntarily entered into the local-only profile editor. 'Sample profile' means a fictional persona generated to illustrate the gallery layout. 'Service operator' refers to the future entity responsible for a production platform, if one is established. These distinctions matter: the presence of a sample card is not evidence that the illustrated person is a member, and saving it does not amount to an introduction or communication.
Adults-only intended audience
The dating experience is intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen or older, subject to any higher age threshold required by applicable local law. Visitors should not use the dating-directory, practice-profile, or matching features if they are under eighteen. The prototype uses a self-declaration gate for restricted pages, which is not robust age verification. A production service would need to select appropriate age-assurance processes and enforce eligibility in a manner proportionate to local requirements and privacy risks. Nothing in these draft terms authorizes minors to join a dating community.
Current functionality and limitations
The website contains client-side filtering, browser-stored favourites, an editable practice profile, and fictional matching examples. It does not offer live member accounts, messaging, real matches, purchases, verified identity checks, or moderation. Visitors should not enter confidential details into practice forms. Features may be affected by browser storage limitations, script settings, or external asset availability. The site is offered for evaluation as-is without any guarantee of continuous availability. Any future live product must separately explain its functionality, eligibility, responsibilities, and rights before accepting registration.
Privacy and browser storage
The Privacy Policy explains the limited information a static page can handle. The practice editor stores values locally rather than transmitting them to a hosted account database, and the shortlist does likewise. Age confirmation may be kept for the browsing session. Your browser may contact third-party providers when loading web fonts or illustrative image assets. The current site does not place analytics or advertising trackers. A future platform would require a different, more comprehensive privacy notice addressing identity data, communication records, processors, transfers, retention, security, and legitimate user rights under applicable law.
Payments, refunds, and future subscriptions
There is no checkout, paid membership, token system, or recurring subscription active in this demonstration. Therefore no payments or refunds can be processed through it. The Payment and Refund Policy explains this clearly and lists issues a later paid service must settle before taking money: price disclosure, renewal terms, cancellation methods, refund rights, taxes, and customer support. The presence of a policy page does not imply that credit cards are currently accepted. Do not send money to anyone claiming to collect fees on behalf of an unlaunched service.
Disputes and arbitration
The Arbitration Agreement page is a draft information document rather than an automatically binding contract. Whether arbitration is permitted or appropriate depends on the legal jurisdiction, applicable consumer protections, specific contract wording, and genuine agreement by the parties. Rights to use courts, regulators, or other remedies may be protected by law. The domain owner must seek qualified legal review before adopting any mandatory arbitration procedure. The current static demonstration offers no purchasing relationship or accepted membership contract to which arbitration terms could attach.
How this library should evolve
Legal documents are most useful when they match reality. Before a production launch, the operator should identify its organization, register contact channels, map personal-data flows, agree on service levels, test technical security, establish moderation procedures, and publish accurately dated policies. Material changes should be communicated in a clear way. Visitors should be able to compare the actual product with the promises and limitations in writing. This hub is a starting point for responsible drafting, not a substitute for operational readiness or legal advice.
Reading a profile thoughtfully
Profiles are starting points, not personality tests. When evaluating someone on a genuine dating service, look beyond a polished headline and consider how their stated interests, priorities, and communication style relate to what you want. Appearance, nationality, and age do not establish a person's kindness or reliability. Ask respectful open-ended questions, allow enough time to learn about differences, and make sure any next step is mutual. A sample persona in this website is not available to contact; examples are presented so you can understand how navigation and clear language could support future choices.
An accessible experience
Accessibility is part of a reliable digital experience. Navigation should be understandable using a keyboard, text should remain legible at different screen sizes, and important buttons should communicate their purpose without relying only on colour. Forms need labels and feedback. This demonstration is designed with those principles in mind, but real-world testing across assistive technologies is still important. A future product should also consider language support, inclusive profile prompts, and ways to report usability barriers without sharing more private information than needed.
Respect for personal boundaries
Being interested in another person never grants permission to demand information, contact, a meeting, or a response. Healthy communication makes room for someone to say no, change their mind, or end a conversation. Respectful behaviour includes accepting differences without insults, avoiding stereotypes, keeping private conversations private, and noticing signs of manipulation. Anyone using an operational dating platform should have accessible ways to block unwanted contact. This demonstration has no messaging and thus cannot enforce those boundaries for real interactions, but it can explain why they matter.
Technology should be transparent
An honest digital product tells visitors what happens when they click. A saved item should not be described as a mutual match, an illustrative image should not be passed off as a registered member, and a form without a backend should not claim to have delivered data to a support team. Clear limitations help visitors evaluate the experience on its merits. If the website later gains real accounts, its operator will need appropriate security, moderation, data protection, and customer support. Trustworthy features should be demonstrated through working systems rather than assumed from polished presentation.
